Just never works or starts but always freezes up.
Having prices in the date selection calendar helps the search process up front. Feature enhancement: filter by number of connections and by bundle(Econo, Flex and Plus)
I used to love this app and used it dozens of times to book flights, update my client info & watch movies in flight. I just downloaded the most recent update and now the Book flight search page doesnt work. When I enter in my dates and press the Book tab, the search screen becomes blank. Help! I want my old app back.
Hey WJ, how about a Passcode and Touch ID to UNLOCK the App - not a fan of travel info being displayed without these. I have deleted your App until you fix that omission.

This app works well for booking a flight, checking flight status to figure out where your gate is and using the inflight entertainment system onboard the planes equipped with WestJet connect. No complaints.
Cant check in - general navigation is extremely poor. I would recommend not even downloading. WestJet had an opportunity to be different- they blew it
Great little airline app. One thing though, it consistently says update available when you open the app but there is no update available where it directs one in the App Store ... For my iPad anyways. Cheers

Could not use this app to book a flight for me my kid - missing too many key features to be usefull
Only works for smart phones and ipads/tablets. Doesnt connect to Macbook ... seems silly that an apple product wouldnt work on all apple devices.
I hate that this is even a thing. Why arent there tvs on the planes?!?!
Forced to watch their movies or pay $4.99 for 30 minutes of wifi...no thanks.
It shouldnt be a requirement to have the latest and greatest OS to use this app. Lots of people dont have devices that support the newest OS updates.
I would rather use the full site than the mobile site or app any day of the week. Such a fantastic airline but such a lame app!
I really liked this app until updates were made that prevent me from being able to use it. I have an older iPhone and cannot upgrade my software. Please make this app available to iPhone users that dont have iOS 9. Useless unless you have this. Such a shame.
Passbook doesnt work at all. Even while calling twice they told me I needed to get it on the first issue of the boarding pass which didnt worked at all. I had to make my own passbook so I could have the electronic ticket on my phone... Thats not serious, you promote the use in the app. Also, other companies let you download it whenever you want. And even board directly with the app. Please fix this. Do the check-in does not work as intended without that.
I have a 5s with 8.4 running and the app would not allow me to play any videos for my 6 hour flight. Yes I was connected to the inflight wifi, and the pages were loading fine, but no video would start. Even re downloaded the app at my destination then tried it for the return flight, still did not work. Please fix your app to work on all models and os.
